This tracing wheel has a blue colour plastic handle and serrated edge metal wheel. Supplied in original packaging. Manufactured by Hemline, a British company. Use with tracing paper to transfer pattern markings for pleats, tucks, darts, buttonholes, etc. Length: approx. 14cm.
