Number 10 count crochet cotton is a 10 tkt (ticket) yarn. Also known as 10s, this colourfast thread is similar to 3ply. Crochetta is an exceptional quality mercerised cotton and is used for tatting, lightweight clothing, shawls, filet crochet, doilies, tablecloths and accessories.  Yardage: approximately 400 yards/366 metres per ball.  Fibre content 100% cotton. A recommended crochet hook/knitting needle size is not provided on the Crochetta ballband label. However, this cotton is similar to 3ply and regular 3ply yarn may use either 3mm knitting needles or a size 2mm crochet hook. We also stock Twilleys 30, Silky, Goldfingering Thread, DMC Petra 3s, 5s and Pixie 20 ticket/Cordonnet 20s thread. Cordonnet is six strand double mercerised combed cotton  thread, often used for delicate lace, borders on handkerchiefs, placemats, coasters, collars, gloves, doilies, hardanger embroidery (Hardangersøm), openwork (ornamental work in cloth), drawn thread work (counted thread embroidery) and decorative items.
