We send parcels to customers in the U.K., Britain's gorgeous highlands and islands, Europe, USA, Canada and Worldwide. If you haven't already shopped with us, please do give us a try. No-one likes waiting, especially not for knitting and craft supplies. With this in mind, we aim to wow you with our impressive delivery service. Once you have placed your order we will pull out all the stops to ensure that your parcel promptly leaves our packing area. Your order will be processed with care and attention and we aim to make each individual customer's shopping experience with us a personal and positive one. We like to keep our customers "in the loop" and will let you know what is happening at each stage of the order process. Order confirmation is sent to you automatically from our website when the checkout process has been successfully completed. You will receive three emails from our automated website system. The first email is confirmation of receipt of your order. The second email gives details of the products that are being measured out/picked from our shelves and parcelled up. The third and final email is despatch confirmation to let you know that your order has been carefully wrapped and despatched in the post
You do not have to create an account, or log in, to place an order. When ordering, please ensure you provide a valid telephone number and email address so that we can confirm acceptance of your order and to notify you when your order has been despatched
Payment is made securely by our payment gateway, PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to send a payment. PayPal is a safe, simple way to pay for your goods online with your debit or credit card, without sharing your financial information. PayPal processes transactions worldwide using the latest encryption technology and adhere to stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. As all payments for goods are processed via PayPal, we do not hold or have access to any of your debit/credit card details
All mainland UK orders from this website are sent by Royal Mail's standard second class postal service. We have a very reasonable SET postage charge of £3.75 for all mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey orders, no matter how much you buy. Whether you are buying one pack of sock wool or 10 balls of yarn the second class standard postage charge remains the same. More postage options are available at checkout, if you require a different delivery service. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery
Goods will be sent to the delivery address supplied on the checkout payment form and cannot be sent elsewhere. Payment for goods should be made in GB Pounds Sterling.
