Three metres of lilac colour ric rac (Rick Rack) trimming braid. Manufacturer's product shade: Lavender/Bluebell. This premium quality woven 7mm trim can be hand sewn, machine stitched, or glued, to the edges of a multitude of different items. Adds a classic zig zag patterned decorative edging to cushions, curtains, aprons, skirts, dresses, hats, pinafores, dolls clothes, handkerchiefs, pillowcases/quilt covers, dressmaking fabrics, dancewear, theatrical costumes, party clothes and millinery. Also used for card crafts, invitations and scrapbooking. Historical note: ric rac first appeared in the 1860's and was originally called waved crochet/lacet braid. Please note that the wooden bobbin featured in our stock photograph is for display purposes and is not supplied.
